Jacqueline Fernandez’s Fitness Rule: Tackle the Toughest Task First Thing in the Morning

Mumbai- Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has shared her go-to fitness mantra — start the day by doing the hardest thing first.

The actress posted on her Instagram Stories, giving fans a glimpse of her Saturday morning. Dressed in blue athleisure, she snapped a mirror selfie from the gym with the caption: “Always do the hardest thing first in the day. Work out time.”

Jacqueline, who recently opened up about the importance of mental health and self-care, stressed that modern life brings constant pressure. Speaking at an event in Bhopal, the ‘Kick’ star said, “Today's world is very stressful. In such a situation, mindfulness and meditation are very important. Whether you get five minutes, 10 minutes, or half an hour, give that time to yourself. It keeps the mind calm and the body healthy.”

She also highlighted her deep mind-body connection, saying, “Both my body and soul are fit and strong. I am very spiritual.”

Jacqueline’s latest release, “Housefull 5,” hit theatres on June 6. The star-studded comedy also features Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film revolves around multiple imposters posing as the son of a deceased billionaire, all vying for his fortune aboard a luxury cruise ship. The “Housefull” series began in 2010, followed by sequels in 2012, 2016, and 2019.

Up next, Jacqueline will appear in “Welcome to the Jungle,” a high-budget entertainer directed by Ahmed Khan. The ensemble cast includes Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Aftab Shivdasani, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma, and Sayaji Shinde.

Presented by Base Industries Group and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala, the film is set for a grand theatrical release during Christmas week, on December 20.
