Mumbai – Actress Khushi Mukherjee has opened up about her bold transformation for the upcoming reality show “The Society,” hosted by comedian Munawar Faruqui.
Expressing her excitement about being part of the show, Khushi told IANS:
"It’s a very special feeling. I’m thrilled to be part of this show and can’t wait for the audience to see me in an all-new avatar. Over the past few months, I’ve experienced both the highs and lows of fame. While some people stood by me like a rock, others tried hard to bring me down."
"But I’ve chosen to ignore the negativity. My focus is on myself and on entertaining my audience through my work. I can’t reveal too much about the show right now, but I can say it’s going to be a one-of-a-kind concept, especially for a country like India. I’m really looking forward to the love and support from viewers."
The Society will be streamed on JioHotstar and is hosted by Munawar Faruqui. Although the streaming date hasn't been officially announced, the platform recently dropped a teaser on July 7 via its official Instagram handle. The teaser featured a group dressed in coordinated red outfits walking toward the camera, followed by a close-up of Munawar Faruqui standing with four masked men in tuxedos.
The caption read:
"Game master @munawar.faruqui welcomes you to The Society! Zara bachke, yahan ke rules bhi inki tarah hatke hai."
In addition to The Society, Khushi Mukherjee is also reportedly in talks to join the upcoming season of Bigg Boss.
