CM School of Excellence Admission Test to be held on Friday

Ranchi: Entrance examination will be conducted on Friday for enrollment in 80 Chief Minister's Excellent Schools run at the district level in the state.

36,230 students of the state will appear in this entrance examination.

Admit cards have been provided to the students for the entrance examination.

Complete information about the examination centre is available in each admit card.

Candidates will have to reach the examination centre by 9.30 am, half an hour before the examination.

The examination will start at 10 am.

Necessary guidelines have also been provided by the State Education Project to the invigilators deputed in the examination centres.

State Education Project Director Aditya Ranjan, School Education and Literacy Department Secretary Umashankar Singh have congratulated all the candidates appearing in the examination.

All the instructions for the candidates are clearly mentioned in the admit card issued by the State Education Project.

Candidates will have to put the latest passport size photograph in their admit card.

It will be prohibited to carry whitener, mobile, electronic device, electric watch, pager into the examination centre.

Candidates will not be able to take anything with them to the examination centre except the admit card, black/blue pin point pen and cardboard.

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry Aadhar card or any other photo identity card with them for verification.

After the examination, the first merit list will be published on March 30.

Nominations of students will be taken from April 1 to April 7.

The new academic session will start in excellent schools from 8th April.

No entrance examination of any kind will be taken for enrollment in Kindergarten and Class 1 of Chief Minister's Excellent Schools.

There will be enrollment of 40-40 children in Kindergarten and Class One.
