Amit Shah to kick start Lok Sabha polls campaigning from Godda on Jan 19: Louis Marandi

Dumka: Jharkhand’s Women and Child Development and Welfare Minister Louis Marandi said that BJP’s national president Amit Shah from January 19 will blow the trumpet of Lok Sabha polls from Godda of Santhal Pargana.

Talking to the reporters here she said that the national leadership of the party has assigned the task to the state unit to win all the 14 Lok Sabha seats of the state including the three from the Santhal Pargana region for which all party workers have already commenced their preparations and even the party has made long term strategies. She exuded confidence that in this year polls the party will win Dumka and Godda Lok Sabha seats and to officially launch the poll campaigning national president Amit Shah is arriving in Godda. She said that in the programme all prominent workers of the party along with national level workers have been invited. She said that Mr Shah will be interacting with all the party workers directly and give them the mantra to ensure victory in polls. 

Dr Marandi said that the centre and the state government have executed many paths breaking schemes for the poor and the need including the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, PMAY, Jan Dhan to just name a few. She said that the faith of the people of increased towards the BJP as women have got freedom from smoke, poor have got a roof over their head and availability of best medical treatment facilities.
