Hemant inaugurates Rajrappa Mahotsav, assures to strengthen internal sources of state

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren who today inaugurated the Rajrappa Mahotsav assured that his government will work to strengthen the internal resources of the state.

He said that whether it was the area of tourism or youth the government will make the best efforts to use the resources given by nature. He said that the people of the state on the basis of their own hard work will draw a big line of development in Jharkhand. Hemant said that there was no lack of resources in the state while the youth were also talented what was also needed was to combine all the resources.

The Chief Minister said that soon changes will be visible in the state as efforts will be made so that the state is not only known for its mineral resources but is also appreciated for natural beauty.

He said that the people of Jharkhand keep their culture and traditions close to their hearts and it was due to their dedication and commitment that the culture and traditions has been kept intact. He said that there are many key places in the states about whom the country needed to know.

He said that efforts should be made so that the entire state is able to get the benefits of the event as the government was committed to make Rajrappa an important tourism spot. He said that apart from Rajrappa focus will be also given towards the development of nearby areas.

The Chief Minister pointed out that Ramgarh was his birthplace and also home district and while offering prayers to the deity he had prayed for the wellbeing and prosperity of the state and its people. He had prayed to the deity to bring a smile on the faces of the people.

Those present included local MLA Mamta Devi and others including Ramgarh DC and SP.

During the function, the Chief Minister inaugurated development schemes worth Rs 200 crore for Ramgarh district.
