CPI-ML announces outside support to Hemant Government

Ranchi: The lone CPI-ML Legislator Binod Kumar Singh has announced his ‘outside’ support to the new government of Mahagathbandhan led by JMM legislature wing leader Hemant Soren on the basis of 10 point agenda.

Addressing a press conference at the party office here the Bagodar MLA said that the party has demanded the new government not to implement CAA and NRC in the state.

He said that his party was not imposing any conditions on the new government but since all of them had fought against the BJP and the new government will be formed under Hemant, therefore, he has some aspirations.

He has also demanded that compensation should be given to kin of those killed in mob lynching incidents and those who have died in hunger deaths in the state.

He has also demanded the new state government to take back the amendment in the land acquisition act which weakens the CNT-SPT Act and demanded a probe into the land acquired in the name of land bank.

His further demands included forming a separate directorate for the youth of the state who go outside in search of jobs and also urged to take decisions in favour of the anganwadi workers and para teachers.

Mr Singh said that Raghubar government was a strong one which spent its strength on ordering lathi charge and police firing over the farmers, women and the poor.

He demanded that Hemant Soren should change such policies of the previous government which gave pain to the common people.
