Ranchi: BJP’s national spokesperson Sambit Patra has sought an apology from former AICC president Rahul Gandhi for calling Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das the most corrupt Chief Minister in the country.
Addressing a press conference here he said he said that Rahul Gandhi in his election rally held yesterday has leveled baseless allegations against Mr Das which is not only disrespectful to the Chief Minister but to the entire state.
He said that Mr Gandhi needs to do introspection as he and his mother Sonia Gandhi were out on bail in Rs 5,000 National Herald scam.
Stating that half of the Congress party is out of bail Patra alleged that after coming out from the jail the Congress leaders are coming to Jharkhand as part of celebrations and merrymaking and pointed to the press conference done by former finance minister P Chidambaram.
