
Ranchi: The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has asked the Chief Electoral Officer of the state to look into the issue of deliberate delays and obstacles being caused in the movement of star campaigners of the party in the name of VVIP movement of the star campaigners of the BJP.
A party delegation led by the central general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya also met Chief Electoral Officer Vinay Choubey and handed over a memorandum in this regard.
Through the memorandum, the JMM has pointed instances when the chopper of its star campaigner Hemant Soren was not allowed to take off citing the VVIP movement.
The party claimed that on December 3 Soren was forced to address his election rally in Sisai on phone.
