Ranchi: Koderma Zilla Parishad chairperson Shalini Gupta has joined the AJSU party and in all probability, she will be fielded against sitting Koderma MLA and HRD Minister Neera Yadav.
Ms Gupta joined the membership of the party in presence of party supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto.
Speaking on the occasion she said that only AJSU has the capacity to give correct leadership to the state.
Ms Gupta who had won as an independent for the chairman of Koderma Zilla Parishad and has switched to BJP this year and was also a strong contender for the seat.
However, after the BJP decided to filed once again Ms Neera Yadav from the seat Ms Gupta switched over to the AJSU. On the other hand, the regional outfit has also decided to declare its manifesto tomorrow.
