Sankalp Patra of BJP will be as per aspirations of people: VD Ram

Ranchi: Palamu MP and chairman of manifesto committee VD Ram said that the Sankalp Patra of the BJP will be a reflection of the aspirations of the people.

Addressing a press conference at the BJP headquarters here he said that in wake of the Vidhan Sabha elections the party started the new Jharkhand campaign which was aimed at bringing democratic process in preparation of the manifesto and which can also determine as to what kind of future the people of Jharkhand want and to achieve that in which areas the government needed to work more rapidly.

He said that people from all the sections and communities showed activeness as in two weeks a total of 5.12 lakh suggestions were received.

He said that among the suggestions 3. 05 lakh was received through the Akanksha Peti which was put up across 500 mandals of the state whereas almost 1.21 lakh suggestions came through the missed call mode while through social media website and Kamal Duts 86000 suggestions for received out of which 70 percent of the suggestions were given by the women.

Mr Ram said that in the last five year the state government has launched many schemes including Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Ujjwala Yojana, Registry of property in the name of open at just Rs 1, Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana which has brought improvement in the lives of the people of the state similarly under this campaign the people were made part of the decision making process so that in formation of new Jharkhand participation of every resident can be insured.
