All should have feeling of maintaining unity and integrity of the nation: Raghubar Das

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that all should have the feeling of building Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and it should be the priority that nation should come first for everyone.

Addressing the run for unity programme organised on the occasion of birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel he said that all should follow the path advocated by the Sardar Patel.

He said on the occasion of Run for Unity programme all should take a pledge that they would be doing small-small works for the unity of the nation as the strength of the country lies in its unity.

Mr Das that said that if after independence Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel would have addressed the issue of Kashmir and the matter would have been in his control then this problem would not have been before the country.

He said previously nobody tried to honour Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and after 2014 the central government paid attention towards it and on his birth anniversary started organising Run for Unity program.

As part of paying tribute to him apart from that in Kashmir and Ladakh the constitution of India is being implemented which is, in fact, true tributes towards Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

He said that the present government by honouring him has given a message to the world that the unity and integrity of the nation has to be maintained at any cost.
