Wife along with brother in law arrested for killing husband in Ranchi

Ranchi: Police have claimed to have cracked the murder case of Rustom Ansari who was found murdered under Nagdi police station area of the state capital and has arrested his wife and her brother in law in this connection.

Addressing a Press Conference here Rural SP Rishabh Kumar Jha I said that on October 27th the wife of Rustom Ansari had filed a written complaint in the police station in which she had said that her husband had been missing since October 23rd.

The body of the deceased was recovered from an abandoned home located in a forest area in a burnt condition.

The woman confessed that she along with her brother in law Ekamul Ansari and his brother Enual Ansari forced Rustam to consume and intoxicant after which he fell unconscious and later they strangulated him to death and after that his body was taken to an isolated location where they put kerosene over it and set the body on fire.

The wife of the deceased confessed that she was having an extramarital affair with her brother in law for the past many years which was objected by her husband.
