Ranchi: Chief minister Raghubar Das has congratulated Panchayati Raj Department for making Jharkhand proud.
The Chief Minister said that a well motivated team always performs better. He congratulated the secretary and project manager Mini Rani Sharma and the entire team for this magnificent achievement.
Secretary Pravin Kumar Toppo has played a very important role in the current Panchayat Raj System. The State Government had nominated Mini Rani Sharma, State Project Manager, Rural Development Department ( Panchayati Raj ) to receive the award. She received the award on behalf of the government of Jharkhand.
The award was conferred by the Union Minister of Panchayati Raj Narendra Singh Tomar Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Ministers from Tamil Nadu, Assam, Karnataka and Chattisgarh States of India were also present in the occasion.
The Function was organized at C. Subramanium Hall, National Agricultural Science Complex, Pusa, New Delhi on 23rd October 2019(Wednesday).
