
Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said no work was greater than the morale of the person and if there was strong faith and intention than any work can be executed.
Addressing the 33rd convocation ceremony of the Ranchi University here he recalled his own days of struggle as he himself hailed from a poor family. He said that he completed his graduation from the Ranchi University and went on to work as a worker at the Tata Steel Company.
He said that while working itself he went on to become the Chief Minister and now was serving as the Chief Minister of the state.
Mr Das in his message to the youth urged them not to get bogged down by failures and asked them to fight for their cause and at the end hard work never goes in vain.
He said that after completing college the students are mostly worried about their jobs and said that there was no lack of jobs in the state whether it was in the private or government sector however to take its advantage there was a need to make changes in the quality of education and such circumstances needed to be created so that before completion of studies the recruiters line up at the university.
The Chief Minister laid stress on the fact to modernize the education system which did not mean westernization of the entire system. He said that for building the nation education featured on the top. He said that youth of the nation are making a name for themselves in every sphere of life and keeping that in mind the government has started CM fellowship Scheme.
Apart from that studies in regional languages has also commenced in the state.
