Ranchi: The 10 day long annual joint training for Jharkhand battalion for NCC is currently underway at the Mega sports complex at Hotwar. In this camp cadets from across the state are participating who are being provided training from 8 am to 1pm from July 31 itself.
In this camp, the cadets are being prepared for the parade to be held in New Delhi said camp commandant Naresh Chand. He said that camps like these make the cadets come face to face with challenges of the army.
He said that the cadets learn how to live in different circumstances and also helps to develop leadership, self-belief, discipline and cooperation among the cadets which helps them to become a good human being. He said that main goal of the camp is to prepare the cadets for Independence Day Parade in New Delhi on August 15.
