Hazaribagh: Sleuths of the anti-corruption department have arrested the district coordinator of the Swach Bharat mission drinking water and cleanliness department Hazaribag while he was accepting a bribe red-handed.
The arrested has been identified as Naresh Thakur. A complaint against him was registered by one Urmila Devi hu you had a list that under the Swachh Bharat mission in old teacher Panchayat 24 toilets were constructed and for releasing the payment for the construction work
Thakur was demanding a commission of rupees 600 on par toilet which was overall Rs 14400 which she did not want to pay. Later the women registered her complaint with the Anti Corruption Bureau and post the verification a trap was laid and Thakur was arrested as soon as he accepted Rs 10,000 in bribe.
