Inter Arts results declared: Manali Gupta of Patratu tops exam

Ranchi: The results for the inter arts examination has been issued in the state with 79.70 percent passing the exam.

The daughters of the state have yet again made the state proud by passing out in large numbers in the exam. Manali Gupta from Patratu has topped the exam by scoring 437 Mark’s of SS Model Plus Two school.

Pramila Kisku of Ranchi women’s college was second with 422 marks and Palak Srivastav of Gandhi Inter College of Latehar was third. Compared to the boys the passing percentage of the girls was higher than four percent.

Topper Manali said that IAS topper Tina Dabi is her idol and she too wants to become an IAS.

A total of 1.84 lakh students had appeared in the inter arts exam. Among 78,386 lakh boys 61,076 boys passed while among the girls 86,392 girls passed out of 1.05 lakh girls while passing percentage of boys was 77.91 percent the that of girls was 81 percent.
Majority of the students who have passed in the inter exams are in the second division. 96,724 students have passed in the second division while 32,597 students have passed in the third division and only 18,130 students have passed in first division.

The success rate of students from Simdega was highest with 97.60 percent followed by Khunti while Ranchi stood at the 9th rank. Chatra had the most worst results were only 53.18 percent students had passed followed by Palamu. Chief Minister Raghubar Das has extended his Congratulations to all the pass out students and has prayed for their bright future. He asked the students to study further honestly and further increase the prestige of the state.
