Latehar: Sub zonal commander of the Jharkhand Janmukti Parishad who was carrying a reward of Rs One lakh on his head has been arrested from Sadar police station area of this district.
The arrested has been identified as Ramdeo Singh alias Kaka was arrested from Kone village.
Addressing a press conference SDPO Birendra Kumar Ram said that police had received a secret tip-off that ultras of JJMP had gathered in the village to execute a crime following which a police team conducted raids and arrested the ultra.
He said that more than two dozen cases are registered against the arrested in separate police station areas of Bihar Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.
