CID Nabs Three More TDPL Staff in JPSC Exam Scam Probe, SIT Expands Investigation

Ranchi: The Jharkhand CID has intensified its investigation into the alleged irregularities in Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations by arresting three more employees of TSR Data Processing Private Limited (TDPL), the agency associated with conducting the recruitment tests.

The three accused — Hemant Verma, Pradeep Kumar Singh and Sanjay Kumar — were arrested during coordinated raids at two hotels located in different parts of Ranchi with the assistance of the district police.

According to the CID, five people arrested earlier in the case are currently on police remand and are being interrogated. The agency said the ongoing questioning and evidence collected so far are expected to help identify more people involved, and further legal action will follow as the investigation progresses.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted to probe the case, considering its seriousness, and the investigation is continuing on a priority basis.
