FOWA Organises Successful Blood Donation Camp

Ranchi: The Forest Officers’ Wives Association (FOWA), in collaboration with Devkamal Hospital and the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, successfully organised a blood donation camp in Ranchi.

The camp was held under the leadership of FOWA President Ranjana Samanta, with enthusiastic support from Secretary Poonam Ranjan, Joint Secretary Sunandita Das, and other dedicated members. The active participation and commitment of women volunteers were particularly noteworthy.

Senior officials from the Forest Department and representatives from the Pollution Control Board, including Shashi Shekhar Pandey, also came forward to donate blood voluntarily.

The organisers stated that the primary objective of the event was to support healthcare initiatives as part of their social responsibility, and this goal was effectively accomplished.
