Most-wanted TPC supremo Brajesh Ganjhu still untraced

Ranchi: Brajesh Ganjhu, the most-wanted leader of the Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) and a key figure in the terror funding of the Magadh and Amrapali coal projects, has been on the run for a long time. Neither the National Investigation Agency (NIA) nor the Jharkhand Police have any information regarding his whereabouts.

Brajesh Ganjhu, who had been active for a long period in areas such as Palamu, Latehar, Chatra, and Khijri in Ranchi, has now gone underground. In his absence, TPC's regional commander, Akraman Ganjhu, has been leading the operations, including extorting levy and carrying out other illegal activities for the organization.

After Akraman Ganjhu’s arrest, Shashikant Ganjhu has taken over leadership of the TPC, and under his command, 15 insurgents are currently active.

Both the NIA and Jharkhand Police are on the lookout for TPC Supremo Brajesh Ganjhu. The NIA has announced a reward of ?5 lakh for information leading to his capture, while the Jharkhand Police has set a bounty of ?25 lakh.

It is worth noting that the NIA is investigating the terror funding case related to the Magadh and Amrapali coal projects. Among the four main accused in this case, one, Mukesh Ganjhu, has surrendered, while Bikhan Ganjhu and Akraman Ganjhu were arrested by the police. However, the main accused, Brajesh Ganjhu, remains at large.
