Ranchi: Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan visited the 'Jharkhand War Memorial' located at Deepatoli, Ranchi, laid a wreath there and paid homage to the brave martyrs on the occasion of 'Kargil Vijay Diwas'.
Major General Vikas Kumar Chaudhary, GOC, 23 Infantry Division and other military officers and personnel were present on the said occasion.
The Governor interacted with all the officers and jawans of the army and was overwhelmed by knowing about the bravery and valor of this division.
He wished everyone a happy 'Kargil Vijay Diwas'.
