CM participates in 10th board meeting of JIADA

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday chaired the tenth board meeting of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA).

During the meeting a total of 24 proposals were considered. In the meeting it was decided that under the provisions of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority incase of minor land lease hold transfer the land will be transferred after getting 100 percent taxes.

It was also decided to increase the land cost and tax, maintenance tax in Ranchi, Bokaro, Adityapur and Santhal Pargana divisions of the JIADA. The budget for the year 2022-23  for the authority has been also approved.

It was also decided that as per the likes of the officials and employees of the state government the benefits of revised 7th payscale will be provided to the employees and staff of all the four regions of the authority.

A proposal to select an agency to collect the waste in different industrial areas of JIADA was also approved by the board. Further it was also decided that an area of 34.07 acre which was kept reserved in Gopalpur village under Nirsa Circle area of Dhanbad district for setting up leather and footwear park will now be unreserved for setting up of different industries. The board also decided to allot land in Sosai Industrial area of Ranchi region to allot land for setting up Industries related to food processing, hatchery, egg and meat processing.

In the meeting many important proposals were approved with retrospective effect. On the occasion he also launched the website of Bokaro area. Chief Secretary Sukhdeo Bhagat, Principal Secretary Rajeev Arun Ekka and others were present.
