Lalu Yadav to wait further to come out of jail as lawyers away from work

Ranchi: Jailed RJD supremo and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav will have to wait a bit longer to come out of the jail.

It is expected that Lalu Yadav might have to wait at least one week to come out as the lawyers in the state due to the rising cases of Coronavirus have decided to keep themselves away from all kinds of legal work till April 25.

The Jharkhand State Bar Council over the issue of Coronavirus has issued an order to keep all the lawyers away from work till April 25. Lalu Yadav got bail on April 18 but till April 25 his bail bond can not be filled as for filling the bail bonds it is important that the lawyer should go to the court due to which Lalu Yadav will have to wait.

The lawyers in the state have kept themselves away from high court, sub divisional courts and even tribunals both virtually and physically. The meeting of the bar Council has been scheduled on April 25 after which future course of action will be taken.

Currently Lalu Yadav is undergoing treatment at AIIMS New Delhi and it is unlikely that he will be allowed a leave by the doctors, even he decides to come out it is likely that he will remain in his house in New Delhi.
