Rukmini Vasanth Says Fries and Burgers Beat Healthy Food Any Day

Mumbai: Actress Rukmini Vasanth recently amused fans by revealing her real food preferences in a playful video shared on social media.

In the clip, the actress is seen happily munching on a packet of fries and biting into a large burger. A caption in the video reads, “When I say I like eating… I mean,” followed by emojis of fast foods like tacos, burgers, pizza and fries.

Moments later, the text changes to “Not,” along with emojis of salad, spinach, milk, avocado and apples — suggesting that the actress clearly leans toward comfort food rather than healthy options.

Sharing the fun video, Rukmini simply captioned it, “It is what it is.”

In the video, the actress appears in a floral strapless outfit while enjoying her snack, giving fans a light-hearted glimpse of her foodie side.

On the work front, Rukmini is best known for her role in the blockbuster Kannada film Kantara, which starred and was directed by Rishab Shetty. The film turned out to be a massive success and brought her wider recognition.

She will next be seen in the upcoming film Toxic, where she plays a character named Mellisa. The project marks her collaboration with South superstar Yash and filmmaker Geetu Mohandas.

The film also features a star-studded cast including Kiara Advani as Nadia, Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth, Nayanthara as Ganga and Tara Sutaria as Rebecca.
