Jacqueline Fernandez Emphasizes the Importance of Mental Well-being in Today’s Stressful World

Mumbai – Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has underlined the increasing need to prioritize mental health and self-care in today’s fast-paced and demanding world.

Speaking at an event in Bhopal, the ‘Kick’ actress shared that incorporating simple practices like meditation and mindfulness into daily life can significantly help in coping with stress. “The world today is extremely stressful. That’s why mindfulness and meditation are crucial. Whether it’s five minutes, ten minutes, or half an hour – you must dedicate that time to yourself. It helps keep the mind calm and the body healthy,” she said.

Jacqueline also reflected on her deep connection with her physical and emotional well-being. “Both my body and soul are fit and strong. I consider myself very spiritual,” she added.

The 39-year-old actress recently made headlines at the Cannes Film Festival, where she experienced a fan-girl moment after meeting global icons such as Jessica Alba, French star Juliette Binoche, and Saudi filmmaker Mohammed Al Turki. Overjoyed by the encounter, Jacqueline shared a series of pictures on Instagram, expressing her gratitude and excitement.

In her caption, she wrote:
“This was a dream — meeting all my idols and being part of such a meaningful event. All thanks to @redseafilm for making this possible! As an honouree, I got the opportunity to meet some of the most fantastic women in cinema from around the world and discuss the possibilities ahead of us. We all share a common passion — to be impactful storytellers in our unique ways.”

On the work front, Jacqueline Fernandez recently appeared in the comedy film Housefull 5, alongside a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir.

The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, hit theatres on June 6.
