Mumbai: Actress Divita Juneja is set to appear alongside veteran actors Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, and Gulshan Grover in the upcoming family drama film Heer Express.
On Monday, Juneja gave fans a sneak peek of the film on Instagram, sharing a motion poster and writing, “Pan in one hand, power in the other — Heer is on the way to meet you tomorrow! Enjoy a tangy mix of emotions with your family! #heerexpress releasing in cinemas on 8th August.” The poster features Juneja confidently riding the Heer Express, joined by Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, Gulshan Grover, and Prit Kamani, offering a vibrant and energetic glimpse of the ensemble cast.
In Heer Express, Divita plays the lead role of Heer—a spirited character embarking on a unique and eventful journey. The film is jointly produced by Tulip Entertainment and Divisa Entertainment, in collaboration with Merry Go Round Studios and Creative Strokes Group.
Directed by Umesh Shukla, the film is produced by Umesh Shukla, Ashish Wagh, Mohit Chhabra, and Sanjay Grover, with Sampada Wagh as co-producer. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 8, 2025.
Divita Juneja is a rising talent in the industry, having featured in several music videos, including the hit song Akhiyan. Meanwhile, Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, and Gulshan Grover are celebrated names in Indian cinema, each with a rich legacy of acclaimed performances across genres.
Known for their powerful presence and range, the trio has delivered memorable roles in dramas, comedies, and thrillers, winning critical acclaim and audience appreciation alike. Ashutosh Rana is currently portraying Chand Bardai in the historical series Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan.
