CM keeps Home, Road and Building, allocates portfolio to Ministers

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has distributed the departments of his ministers.

In this division, the stature of Minister Hafizul Hasan has increased.

He has been given the responsibility of four departments.  Apart from health, Health Minister Banna Gupta has also been given the responsibility of food supply.

All the departments of Alamgir Alam have been given to Irfan Ansari.

Following are the portfolio aloocations--

• Hemant Soren : Personnel, Home, Road Construction, Building Construction, Cabinet, all the departments which are not allotted to other ministers.
• Champai Soren: Water Resources, Higher Education,
• Rameshwar Oraon: Finance Department, Planning and Development Department, Commercial Tax Department, Parliamentary Affairs Department
• Satyanand Bhokta: Labor Planning and Industry Department
• Baijnath Ram: School Education and Product Department
• Deepak Birua: Transport Department, Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Welfare Department.
• Banna Gupta: Health and Food Supply.
• Irfan Ansari: Rural Development, Rural Works and Panchayati Raj Department.
• Deepika Pandey Singh: Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department, Disaster Management Department.
• Mithilesh Thakur: Drinking Water and Panchayati Raj Department, Sanitation Department
• Hafizul Hasan Ansari: Minority Welfare Department, Registration Department, Tourism, Art-Culture and Sports, Urban Development and Housing Department
• Baby Devi: Women Child Development and Social Security Department.
