Ranchi: With three new confirmed cases of Coronavirus being detected in the state the total number of positive Coronavirus patients has now reached to 17 in Jharkhand.
One case each has been detected in Ranchi, Hazaribagh and Koderma.
District wise the number of Coronavirus now stands at Ranchi 8, Bokaro 6, Hazaribagh 2 and Koderma 1.

Koderma district has reported its first case while all the patients in Ranchi are from Hindpiri area. A patient detected positive for Coronavirus in Bokaro has already died. All the patients who have been detected positive have been shifted to dedicated Covid 19 hospitals in their respective districts.
A report from Koderma said that the man hails originally from Giridih district and he had returned from Mumbai on March 23. After citing health issues he was brought to community health care centre Markacho from where he was immediately sent to Sadar Hospital Koderma.
Hazaribagh has reported its second positive case and the person hails from Kargalo village of Bishnugarh block. Incidentally the first Coronavirus patient in this district also hails from the same village.
