Daltonganj: A couple of labourers died while another one sustained serious injuries as they came in contact with a high tension wire at Paneribandh village under Chainpur Police Station area of the Palamu district.
Police said that the labourers were involved in a home construction project when accidentally they came in contact with an 11,000-volt wire due to which couple of them died on the spot and another one sustained serious injuries.
The injured was later rushed to Medninagar Medical College Hospital. Both the bodies have been also sent for post-mortem. Further probe was on.
