No plans to dislodge Kamal Nath Government in Madhya Paradesh: Shivraj

Dhanbad: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and national vice president of BJP Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that he and his party have no interest to dislodge the Kamal Nath Government in his home state as the Congress party was itself in trouble due to its policies.

Addressing a press conference here he said that like Karnataka BJP has no plans to form the government in Madhya Pradesh. He said that if the BJP had wanted at that time only it would have formed the government but on moral grounds, it did not do so.

He said that there are two and a half Chief Ministers functioning in the state. “One was Mr Kamalnath, another was Mr Digvijay Singh while Jyotiraditya Scindia was the half Chief Minister,” he said adding that despite more than a year into power the government has not fulfilled the promise of loan wavier.

He said that the era of coalition politics has ended in the country and people are voting the BJP for development and stability which is reflected from the bypoll results of Karnataka where BJP won 12 out of the 15 seats where elections were held.

To a query, he said that there was no economic slowdown in the country however the country has been impacted a little by global slowdown however the opposition was making hoax claims on the issue.

He said that there was also no lack of employment opportunities as in the area of infrastructure new employment opportunities are being created.

On Saryu Rai he said that by nature Mr Rai was the leader of opposition however the Raghubar Das government in Jharkhand was functioning with full transparency whereas Mahagathbandhan was an alliance of all the corrupt.
