Ramgarh: Police have arrested a couple of ultras belonging to TSPC from Patratu Police Station area of this district.
Patratu SDPO Prakash Chandra Mahto said a bridge is being constructed on the nalkari river between Talatand and Hariharpur by a construction firm.
He said that on October 30th couple of criminals on a motorcycle had reached the spot and had warned the workers to stop work and had also handed over a handwritten pamphlet in this regard.
After the construction company registered an FIR in this regard at the Patratu Police Station police swung into action and arrested the two ultras who were later identified as Sunil Kumar Munda and Praveen Karmali.
From the arrested a country-made pistol, 4 live cartridges, 3 mobile phones a bike and three pamphlets of TSPC have been recovered.
