Karta App downloaded more than 2,500 times

Ranchi: The Karta App which has been launched by Ranchi Smart City Corporation Ltd and is part of One City One Impact campaign of the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry has generated a tremendous response in the city with more than 2,500 families downloading the app within 2 days of its launch.

Any person can download the app from the google play store. The app has numbers of service providers like plumbers, electricians, drivers, guards and mechanics who can be called up at home and problems of the people can be solved.

The app is also available on http://karta.org from where the people can place an order as per their need and the concerned person will reach in the homes. In case of any problem, the people can also call up at the call center of the Ranchi Smart City which is functional from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening.
