Ranchi: Special Secretary of Chief Minister’s Secretariat Ramakant Singh said for quick disposal of complaints registered at the Jan Samwad Kendra administrative officials should remain aware at every level.
Addressing a workshop organized at the Suchna Bhawan for the nodal officials of various districts he said that it was important that the complaints registered at the different district are disposed on time and the report related to that is uploaded on time at the Jann Samwad portal so that transparency is maintained.
IPRD Director Ramlakhan Prasad detailed the nodal officials regarding the compliance with complaints registered at Jan Samwad Kendra and the finer details of its reporting.
