Narendra Modi has changed the culture of the country: JP Nadda

Chaibasa: Acting president of the BJP JP Nadda said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has changed the culture of the country.

Addressing the Shakti Kendra and booth level workers meet at Chaibasa football grounds he said that BJP was the only party where a worker who does wall writing can go on to become the national president. He said that earlier politics was only about power and taking family politics forward and doing corruption.

He said that the workers were fortunate that BJP has become the world’s largest party. He said that earlier the number of party men was 11 crore but in just 54 days 7 crore new members have been included and now the membership has crossed 18 crores.

He said that all other parties are grappling with dynasty politics and BJP was the only party where democracy was still present as any person goes forward in the party due to his works only.

Mr Nadda said that due to strong will power of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and strategy of Home Minister Amit Shah that Article 370 was scrapped in the parliament and this strength was derived from the votes of the people and this was the same strength which helped in the removal of Article 370.

He said that refugees from West Pakistan who had settled in Jammu and Kashmir were not allowed to vote and even contest the elections of counsellor and after scrapping of the article everyone will be able to vote and contest polls.

Mr Nadda said that Article 370 created separatists who are now verge of being eradicated. He said that Prime Minister has said that Kashmir has now linked with India but time has come to develop it further.

Mr Nadda later participated in a meeting with first-time voters in Saraikela Town Hall and later interacted with intellectuals at Miachel John Hall in Jamshedpur.
