Dhanbad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s wife Jasodaben was accorded a warm welcome as she reached the city to participate in a function organised by the Akhil Bhartiya Sahu Vaishya Yuva Prakoshth.
During the programme she felicitated the women who had worked exemplary in different fields of life. Her brother Ashok Modo asked the members of the community not to get divided and urged them to help each other.
He said that people were lucky to have Prime Minister Narendra Modi and asked the members of the community to increase their participation in the elections. Baghmara MLA Dhullu said that the community was backward in education and said that the community should come forward to serve the people.
He said that he was in politics due to the people of the community and said that earlier politics use to happen for vested interests but now service is important
