
Dumka: Chief Minister Raghubar Das once again attacked the JMM and called upon the BJP workers to work strongly so that the Santhal Pargana region is made free of dynasty and family politics.
Addressing a meeting of the Mandal levels workers at the indoor stadium here he said that during the Lok Sabha polls the people of the area rejected after decades the JMM which was a champion of family and dynasty politics and similarly in the Vidhan Sabha elections also it should be realized. He said that the party was committed to achieving its target of 65 seats in the Vidhan Sabha polls for which it will make all-out efforts to win the 18 Vidhan Sabha seats of the area.
He said that no longer people can be misleading and used only for their vote banks and exuded confidence that the BJP workers will be able to make the area and the entire state free of the JMM. Mr Das said that due to the double engine government development has taken place in all the sectors due to which Jharkhand has been able to make a name for itself and has set new milestones in progress.
He called upon the party workers to take the schemes of the central and the state government among the people. In the meeting of the core committee of Santhal Pargana discussion was also held on the proposed visit of BJP national president Amit Shah to Dumka on September 3.
