Simdega: Body of a couple of girls was found hanging from a tree from Biru Aarani under Sadar Police Station area of this district.
Upon receiving information a police team reached on the spot and brought down the bodies from the tree. Later mother of one of the girls reached on the spot however she pleaded ignorance about the incident while family members of other girl have been also informed about the incident.
Villagers said that both the girls use to study together and were spotted on Saturday evening. The duo has been identified as Shradha and Nandini. While Nandini hailed from Bansjor of Simdega district Shradha was from Birmitrapur of Odisha.
On the other hand, the mother of Shradha said that she was not aware that her daughter had come to Simdega. Further probe is on police said adding that initial investigation shows it to be a case of suicide.
