
Ranchi: Ranchi DC Rai Mahimapat Ray on Thursday reviewed the preparation in wake of the visit of the vice president scheduled on August 10.
During the meeting the collected information regarding the preparations which has been made for the launch of Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana at the grounds of the state capital in which vice president M Venkaiah Naidu will be the chief guest. Under the skin in bank accounts of 35 lakh farmers 3000 crore would be sent and a minimum payment of Rs 5,000 to a maximum payment of Rs 25000 would be given to the farmers having a land size between 1 acres to 5 acres.
He directed the Block Development Officers and the circle officers to ensure the participation of the beneficiary farmers in the function and make arrangements for bringing them to the venue and said that arrangements of 200 persons has been made for bringing the farmers from the various blocks and in blocks where more than 500 farmers are scheduled to come then the BDO and the CO would be looking into the arrangements and said that in the buses in which the farmers would be coming to Geo tagging would be done and also asked officials to establish coordination with the Panchayati Raj officials.
He also asked officials to make arrangements for drinking water refreshment medical kit at the venue and also ordered that the leave of all the officials in wake of the vice president’s visit and till Bakrid has been canceled.
