Ranchi: The CBI has arrested one of the accused in connection with the rape and murder of a B Tech student who was raped and later burnt to death in Booty Basti on December 16, 2016.
The arrested has been identified as Rahul Rai who was later produced before a special CBI court which forwarded him to 14 days of judicial custody.
