
Deoghar: A special morning assembly was organized at Geeta Devi DAV Public School, Bhandarkola, on Monday to mark the visit of Assistant Regional Officer Manoj Kumar Sinha. The school community warmly welcomed him on the occasion.
Students presented a melodious welcome song, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere in the campus.
Addressing the students, Manoj Kumar Sinha emphasized the true meaning of education. He explained that the knowledge which remains with a person after leaving school or university is the real education. He elaborated on the importance of competency, commitment and performance, and encouraged students to apply these qualities in their lives.He urged students to reflect on the value of the knowledge they gain in school and how it contributes to their lives. He described knowledge as something that enriches intellect, wisdom, experience, culture and values, and stated that it is the source of all happiness. He also highlighted five major sources of knowledge: family, society, school, nature and personal experience.He stressed the importance of using modern science and technology wisely to enhance knowledge. Along with this, he advised students to follow discipline, hard work and dedication towards their goals. He highlighted that continuous effort, positive thinking and self-confidence are essential for success, and encouraged students to adopt strong moral values.
He appreciated the academic and co-curricular activities of the school, stating that such efforts play a key role in the overall development of students.Principal Mohammad Mustafa Majid expressed gratitude and said that such guidance would provide new direction and motivation to the students.Teachers, students and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
