Police recovered nine lakh rupees cash and luxurious vehicle during investigation in Giridih

Giridih: The district administration is fully prepared for the Lok Sabha and Gandey by-elections. To stop the use of money power in elections, a continuous campaign is being run and money is being recovered from different police station areas of the district.

Special vigilance is being maintained at all the check points in the district and its results are also visible. During the vehicle investigation, Sariya police again got success. The Flying Squad team seized Rs 9 lakh 95 thousand in cash during vehicle checking.

Since the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct, the police have so far recovered Rs 1 crore 77 lakh 33 thousand 3 hundred and forty from across the district. The police administration team is engaged to ensure peaceful and fair voting.
