Ranchi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team is raiding 9 different locations including that of the JMM leader in the land scam case.
On Tuesday morning, the ED team reached the Bariatu residence of JMM leader Antu Tirkey and is conducting searches.
Apart from Antu Tirkey, the ED team is also raiding the locations of Shekhar Kushwaha, Bipin Singh and Priyaranjan Sahay.
It is noteworthy that on April 9, ED had arrested Saddam, the mastermind of making fake deeds, in the land scam case related to former Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
After which ED is taking Saddam on remand and interrogating him.
After receiving information from Saddam, the ED team is conducting raids today on Tuesday.
In the investigation of land scam so far, ED Amit Aggarwal, Dilip Ghosh, former Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi Chhavi Ranjan, Revenue Sub Inspector of Badgai Zone Bhanu Pratap Prasad, alleged Rait Pradeep Bagchi, land businessman Afsar Ali, Imtiaz Khan, Talha Khan and Faiyaz Khan. Has been arrested.
All the accused are currently in judicial custody.
