Following instructions of CM obstacles coming in Ankit’s education and family’s livelihood were removed

Ranchi: Deputy Commissioner of Bokaro has implemented the order of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Deputy Commissioner Bokaro told the Chief Minister that he had met Ankit Kumar and his mother Biraju Devi and heard about their problems. Immediately the Block Development Officer had been ordered to approve of housing under Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Awas Yojana.

Arrangements for enrollment, accommodation, books/ notebooks etc for Ankit in the coaching institute should be ensured by the administration soon, Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, providing credit linkage under the JSLPS scheme to support the family in earning a living, providing Ankit’s younger sister Pinky with 11th standard in KGBV Gomia, the process of enrollment and complete medical examination of father Ashok Prajapati has been started. The family is already getting the benefits of ration cards, pre matric scholarship, and Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana.

The Chief Minister had got information that Ankit Kumar, a resident of Bokaro, has secured around 96 percent marks in the matriculation examination 2022. But due to the poor financial condition of the family, he is unable to pursue further studies. Ankit’s father is physically weak and his mother, who works as a labourer, lost her arms and legs in a vehicle accident, due to which the whole family is facing a financial crisis.

After getting information about the above matter, the Chief Minister had ordered Deputy Commissioner Bokaro to investigate the  matter and provide all possible government assistance for Ankit’s studies and also to inform Ankit’s family by connecting them with all necessary schemes.
