PM to lay foundation stones & inaugurate schemes worth Rs 16,835 crore during Deoghar visit

Deoghar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is arriving in this temple town on 12 July where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 16,835 crore.

In this, the foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 6,565 crore will be laid. The schemes for which Prime Minister Modi is going to lay the foundation stone include eight projects of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, three projects of the Ministry of Railways and one project of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. 

The Prime Minister will also inaugurate schemes worth 10,270 crores. In this, there are one scheme each of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Tourism and Health and Family Welfare, two of the Railways, three of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and five of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways.

During his visit to Jharkhand, the Prime Minister will also gift schemes to the capital city Ranchi. He will lay the foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 853 crore for the capital. These include an elevated road from Kutchury Chowk to Piska Mor, Itki ROB and the re-development of Ranchi station.

crore Govindpur-Chas- West Bengal Border Fourlane Road Rs 1144 crore Bokaro- Angul-Jagdishpur-Haldia Pipeline Rs 2,500 crore New LPG Plant at Barhi Rs 161.5 crore Bokaro LPG Plant Rs 93.4 crore Garhwa-Mahuria Railway Doubling Project Rs 866 crore Hansdiha-Godda Railway Electrification Rs 35 crore AIIMS, Deoghar Rs 1,103 crore.
