Ranchi: There will be no need for an e-pass for a person who has to go for Covid vaccination.
A person going for vaccination will have to show only valid documents for vaccination if demanded by the concerned magistrate or officials.
For the people who are going to take the first dose of the vaccine, they will have to show details of the slot booked while for the person going for the second dose they will have to show the certificate of the second dose obtained from the portal.
However, the documents for vaccination will be valid only on their scheduled date and it can not be used for any other person or next day.
Further people going to participate in last rites need not carry e-pass alongwith that people going for medical treatment likes tests, hospitals or medicines also do not need the pass.
The district administration has urged the people to follow the guidelines of the district administration and people have been requested to participate in limited numbers in last rites.
