Budget Session: Issue of mob lynching raised inside assembly

Ranchi: Issue of mob lynching which took place in Angada was on Monday raised inside the Assembly during the ongoing budget session.

CPI-ML legislator Binod Singh raised the issue of mob lynching of Mubarak Khan who was killed by a crowd in Sirka village under Angada Police Station area of Ranchi district on Saturday night.

He said that when a week earlier when the mob lynching of Sachin Verma had taken place the Minister had assured that action will be taken and house would be informed accordingly. He said that if the action would have been taken a similar incident would not have been repeated in the capital in a matter of week.

BJP MLA from Rajmahal Anand Ojha raised the issue of local fishermen beating up by the fisherman of West Bengal and demanded the state government to take action in this regard.

BJP's Bhawnathpur MLA Bhanu Pratap Sahi said that in Katkamsandi of Hazaribagh traffic was stopped and children were made to offer namaz on the road and unfortunately those people who went to complaint over the issue at the local police station they were arrested by the policy. He demanded the state government to reply over the issue and sought response as to what were the thoughts of the government over the majority population of the state.
