DC reviews preparations in wake of first year celebration function of government

Ranchi: DC Chhavi Ranjan on Saturday chaired a meeting to review the preparations in wake of functions to be organised as part of the celebration of first-year completion in the power of the state government. 

During the meeting, the DC said that on the occasion of the first anniversary many new schemes and programmes of the state government will be launched for which the main function will be held at the Morhabadi grounds. He said that different cells have been allotted their works and accordingly the officials should dispose off their works.

He asked the officials to undertake a dry run if needed so that there was no problem. However, in wake of Covid-19 sitting arrangements for the VIPs, beneficiaries and common people should be done properly.

The DC asked the officials to make arrangements for conducting the tests at different spots and asked to keep hand sanitizers and thermal scanners.  Further, he gave necessary instructions in wake of traffic plan, law and order, food and water, medical assistance, toilets, etc to the officials. 

Ranchi SSP Surendra Kumar Jha gave necessary instructions to the officials over law and order situation and traffic arrangements. 

The DC also held a meeting with the officials regarding Prize distribution and distribution of deeds and assets on the day. He asked all the departments to work in coordination for the distribution of prizes.
