4 members of Sujit Sinha and Aman Sao gang nabbed with carbine and pistols

Latehar: Four members belonging to the notorious Sujit Sinha and Aman Sao gang have been arrested by the police with carbine and pistols.

Briefing the press Latehar SP Prashant Anand that a tip-off had been received that a group of criminals travelling in a four-wheeler had been spotted at Kinamad who were planning to execute a crime in Chandwa.

Following the information, the police team conducted raids and arrested these criminals who have been identified as Anup Kumar Yadav, Birendra Oraon, Sakinder Oraon and Dinesh Ram.

From the arrested a 9 mm carbine, a magazine of 9 mm carbine, 4 country-made pistols, 41 cartridges of different guns, 5 mobile phones and a four-wheeler has been seized.

The SP said that the arrested have confessed to their role in firing and arson at Toril railway siding and various other crimes that were executed on the directions of Sujit Sinha and Aman Sao. He said that all the policemen who have worked to catch these culprits would be felicitated.
