These three women came out from jail along with their husbands on Tuesday. According to reports, all three women are pregnant of not more than three months. Their pregnancy have been confirmed by the ultrasound report.

The reports say they might have become pregnant when they were in a quarantine centre. They were forwarded to jail from the quarantine centre. These 17 Jamat people were taken into judicial custody on April 18 but they were kept in quarantine centre till May 19. These 17 people including four women were forwarded to Birsa Munda central jail Ranchi on May 20.  These women had reportedly admitted a month pregnancy when sent to jail.

The big question mark raised over the management of the quarantine centers. During 50 days stay in the centre these people were free to do anything.

These 17 people including women had arrived Ranchi on March 17 from Rajdhani Express from New Delhi to Ranchi. The male members had stayed in a mosque situated at Hindpiri of Ranchi and women in the Hindipiri colony. Hindpiri had later turned out to be hub of Covid 19. Hindpiri remained in curfew more than two months after these people were detained from a mosque.
